1800 Broadway · ONE Boulder Plaza · since 2005

A downtown Boulder gym where everybody knows your name.

A full gym, nine certified trainers, and a recovery suite — cold plunge, cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam — under one roof at 1800 Broadway, a short walk from Pearl Street. Woman-owned since 2005.

Open doors, music in the hallway, a wall of faces at the top of the stairs, and a towel offered before you ask.

Everything under one roof

Train, recover, heal, fuel — one roof, one membership.

There’s no one plan that fits everybody, so nobody hands you one. What you get is a trainer who adapts to you, a recovery suite steps from the floor, and a physical therapist and a dietitian who work in the same downtown building.

Train

Nine certified trainers, an open floor of free weights and cardio, and a plan built around how you actually move.

Personal training

Recover

Cold plunge, cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam — rebuilt, included, and steps from the floor you just trained on.

Recovery suite

Heal

A Doctor of Physical Therapy in the building — so treatment happens where you train.

Physical therapy

Fuel

A resident Registered Dietitian on-site — food for how you actually live, nothing to buy.

Nutrition
The recovery suite

Cold plunge, cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam — all included.

Recovery is part of the workout here, not a second membership across town. The Cool Tub seats eight, the cedar sauna runs hot, the steam room smells of eucalyptus — and it’s the room our late-70s members and our skiers end up in together.

Cold Plunge

The Cool Tub seats eight. Contrast, focus, and faster recovery for Boulder's runners, cyclists, climbers and skiers.

HOLD 50°F · 2–4 MIN

Cedar Sauna

A full cedar sauna — dry heat to loosen up post-lift and wind down after a long day on the trails.

150–175°F · FULL CEDAR

Eucalyptus Steam

Eucalyptus steam for breathing easy and a full reset — and yes, it’s included.

The word is name. After that: never crowded, and no gym smell.

"The sauna and cold plunge after a lift are unreal. It's the only gym where recovery is just… part of it."

"Never crowded, always clean, and the staff know my name. It feels like a neighborhood spot, not a chain."

Real people, not stock models

The people are the decor.

A wall of member photographs greets you at the entrance — the first thing guests point at. Here’s the rest of it: the trainers, the resident physical therapist, the dietitian, and a three-legged dog named Bucky. Woman-owned, run by owners who are on the floor most days, no uniforms, nobody putting a face on.

Common questions

Everything you’d ask at the desk.

Does ONE Boulder Fitness have a cold plunge?

Yes — a cold plunge (the Cool Tub, which seats eight), plus a full cedar sauna and a eucalyptus steam room, all included with membership at our downtown Boulder club on Broadway.

Do you have a hot tub?

No — and we’d rather say so plainly. The recovery suite is a cold plunge, a full cedar sauna, and a eucalyptus steam room, all included.

Where are you, and is there parking?

We're at 1800 Broadway #190 in downtown Boulder, steps from Pearl Street, with 2-hour validated parking on site.

How much is membership?

Standard membership is $90/mo with $0 enrollment, month-to-month. Student and teacher memberships are $80/mo.

Do you have trainers, a PT, and a dietitian on-site?

Yes — nine certified personal trainers, a resident Doctor of Physical Therapy, and a resident Registered Dietitian, all at one address.

Can I try it before I join?

Please do. Take a free day pass, use the floor and the recovery suite, and see how the room feels. You can also book a free consult with a trainer, the physical therapist or the dietitian.

Will someone try to sell me something?

No. We’ll show you around, answer what you ask, and let you decide — that’s how we operate whether you join or not.

Do I have to be chatty to fit in here?

Not at all. Plenty of members come in, do their thing and go, and that’s completely fine. Being known doesn’t mean being on.

No pressure, ever

Be one of us.

The best way to know a gym is to stand in it. Come in, meet the team, use the floor and the recovery suite — and decide for yourself. No pressure, no pitch.
