Train
Nine certified trainers, an open floor of free weights and cardio, and a plan built around how you actually move.
Personal trainingA full gym, nine certified trainers, and a recovery suite — cold plunge, cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam — under one roof at 1800 Broadway, a short walk from Pearl Street. Woman-owned since 2005.
Open doors, music in the hallway, a wall of faces at the top of the stairs, and a towel offered before you ask.

There’s no one plan that fits everybody, so nobody hands you one. What you get is a trainer who adapts to you, a recovery suite steps from the floor, and a physical therapist and a dietitian who work in the same downtown building.
Nine certified trainers, an open floor of free weights and cardio, and a plan built around how you actually move.
Personal trainingCold plunge, cedar sauna, eucalyptus steam — rebuilt, included, and steps from the floor you just trained on.
Recovery suiteA Doctor of Physical Therapy in the building — so treatment happens where you train.
Physical therapyA resident Registered Dietitian on-site — food for how you actually live, nothing to buy.
NutritionRecovery is part of the workout here, not a second membership across town. The Cool Tub seats eight, the cedar sauna runs hot, the steam room smells of eucalyptus — and it’s the room our late-70s members and our skiers end up in together.
The Cool Tub seats eight. Contrast, focus, and faster recovery for Boulder's runners, cyclists, climbers and skiers.
A full cedar sauna — dry heat to loosen up post-lift and wind down after a long day on the trails.
Eucalyptus steam for breathing easy and a full reset — and yes, it’s included.
The word is name. After that: never crowded, and no gym smell.
"The sauna and cold plunge after a lift are unreal. It's the only gym where recovery is just… part of it."
"Never crowded, always clean, and the staff know my name. It feels like a neighborhood spot, not a chain."
"Trainers, a physical therapist, and a dietitian all in one place downtown. I stopped driving across town."
A wall of member photographs greets you at the entrance — the first thing guests point at. Here’s the rest of it: the trainers, the resident physical therapist, the dietitian, and a three-legged dog named Bucky. Woman-owned, run by owners who are on the floor most days, no uniforms, nobody putting a face on.

Yes — nine certified personal trainers, a resident Doctor of Physical Therapy, and a resident Registered Dietitian, all at one address.
Please do. Take a free day pass, use the floor and the recovery suite, and see how the room feels. You can also book a free consult with a trainer, the physical therapist or the dietitian.
No. We’ll show you around, answer what you ask, and let you decide — that’s how we operate whether you join or not.
Not at all. Plenty of members come in, do their thing and go, and that’s completely fine. Being known doesn’t mean being on.
The best way to know a gym is to stand in it. Come in, meet the team, use the floor and the recovery suite — and decide for yourself. No pressure, no pitch.
