Train

Personal training in downtown Boulder, built around how you move.

Work one-on-one with a certified personal trainer at ONE Boulder Fitness, downtown on Broadway. Nine certified coaches build programs for strength, women’s strength, training after 40, small groups and true beginners — and every membership starts with a free consult. Your trainer, recovery suite, resident PT and dietitian are all under one roof.

Why train here

Your training is supported, not siloed.

At a studio, your trainer works alone. Here, your coach, the recovery suite, the resident physical therapist and the resident dietitian are all in one building — and they talk to each other. Train hard, recover in the sauna and plunge, rehab a niggle down the hall, and fuel with a plan that matches your load.

Common questions

Training, answered.

Do I need to be a member to train with a coach?

Most clients are members, and membership includes a free consult to start. Ask us about options if you’re not ready to join yet.

Is it beginner-friendly?

Very. We’re known as “the sweet club” — patient, judgment-free coaching. One of our trainers lost 50 lbs here himself.

How much does a personal trainer cost in Boulder?

Sessions are priced separately from membership and vary by trainer and format (1-on-1 vs small-group). We’ll share current rates at your free consult.

Can I train for a specific sport or goal?

Yes — strength, women’s strength, over-40, ski conditioning, return from injury. Our roster includes sports-performance and corrective-exercise specialists.
