Strength training in downtown Boulder — technique first, every session.

One-on-one strength training at ONE Boulder Fitness is coached, technique-first barbell work — squat, hinge, press, pull — built to make you stronger for the next decade, not just the next workout. Downtown on Broadway, with a recovery suite and resident PT in the same building.

Who it's for

Strength is for everyone, not just lifters.

  • Anyone who wants to feel capable — carrying, climbing, keeping up
  • Lifters who want their squat, deadlift and press coached, not guessed
  • People training to stay strong and independent as they age
  • Athletes building a base for skiing, climbing or endurance

What a session looks like

Coached, progressive, repeatable.

MOVE

Warm-up & assessment

We check how you move and dial the day’s lifts to your body.

LIFT

Coached main work

Barbell and accessory work with hands-on cues — form before load, always.

LOG

Progress you can see

Every session is logged so strength builds on purpose, week over week.

Your coaches

Barbell specialists who coach for the long game.

Work with trainers like Joe Robbins and Tim Sroka — powerlifting, sports-performance and anti-fragile, age-well strength. You get real coaching, not a printout.

Meet the team

Trained hard? The sauna and cold plunge are ten steps away, and if something’s cranky, the resident physical therapist is down the hall — strength that’s supported, not siloed.

Common questions

Answered.

Is strength training safe for beginners?

Yes — we start with movement and technique at manageable loads, then progress. Coaching makes strength training one of the safest, highest-return things you can do.

Do I need my own program?

No. Your coach builds and adjusts your program around your goals, schedule and body.

How much does it cost?

Personal training is priced separately from membership and varies by format; we’ll share current rates at your free consult.
