150–175°F
Traditional dry heat. Bring a towel; hydrate before and after.
ONE Boulder Fitness has a cedar sauna — included with membership, steps from the gym floor at 1800 Broadway. Dry heat around 150–175°F to loosen up after a lift or a long day outside, and the warm half of a sauna-to-cold-plunge contrast routine.
Our sauna is a traditional dry sauna: higher air temperature, lower humidity, the kind of deep warmth that loosens tight legs after a run or ride. Infrared cabins warm your body at a lower air temperature and feel gentler; cedar saunas deliver the classic, enveloping heat many athletes prefer. Here you get the traditional experience — plus a cold plunge and steam room in the same suite.
